5 Month Old Stud

Mclain turned five months old on Sunday.   At his check up last month he weighed 12 pounds and was 25 inches long. Yeah, he is in the first percentile for his weight, so we've been trying to fatten this kid up. We'll find out next month if it has been working.  

At five months Mclain...

loves to play with his favorite bird toy, or just chew on his toes.

He likes to hang out with dad while he works on his Samurai.  

He likes to try to eat my phone.

He is a sleepy little guy.

He had fun watching all the fireworks this last month. Ok well, sometimes he loved them, sometimes they made him cry, most of the time he slept through them. 

I'll really miss hanging out with him every second of the day when I go back to work in a few weeks!

4 Months Old

Can you believe this kid is 4 months old already!

 We've done a ton in the last month, trying to live up our summer together before I go back to work. 

  We took Mclain on his first camping trip.

               I've taken him swimming.

Mclain is starting to figure out how to eat better, loves to watch movies with his dad, and is trying to roll over. (If he could just figure out how to get that arm out from under him.)

And, he has just been being pretty cute in general. 

He is growing up so fast and slowly but surely getting bigger ( his is kind of a wee little guy). We love him so much!
