Everett @ 7, 8, & 9 Months

Jeez the last few months have been crazy! Between accepting a new job offer, finishing up the school year, and James breaking his ankle, oh and having a crazy two year old, we've had our hands full and have missed out on posting about Everett getting bigger.

This kid is getting so big and will actually be 10 months in just a few days. I just got him to the doctor for his 9 month check-up today. He weighed 20 pounds (actually down a little, he is finally thinning out some) and is 29 inches.

He crawls everywhere and climbs on everything.

He still loves food. His favorite right now is pasta.

He sleeps through the night most nights and takes two good naps a day.

He just started to wave goodbye and likes to attack his older brother when he isn't being so nice to him.

Love this cute kiddo!

Spring Break 2015

This is what I spent my spring break doing. Don't get too jealous of my awesome life, not everyone can have this cute of boys!

How many more days until school is out for the summer again?

Mclain Turns TWO

Our little, crazy, miniature James Alvey turned TWO on February 28th. I wasn't really up for a big, shove-both-our-families-into-a-small-kitchen kind of party, so we threw him a low key "truck" birthday party that night.

He was feeling a bit dramatic that day, as you can see!

And he got a BIG, emphasis on the big, boy bed that James built him for his birthday.

We also just recently took Clain to the doctor for his two year check-up. He was a whopping 25 pounds, and is still sitting in the 25%. We can't manage to fatten this kid up!

Regardless of his craziness, smallness, and dramatics, we think we'll keep him around.

Everett @ 5 & 6 Months

Everett turned 5 months old on...jeez...umm February 3rd! (I was so much better at staying on top of things with Mclain! Sorry future Ev that reads this and may feel offended!)

I'm pretty sure he got his two bottom teeth this month. Any other milestones...to be honest, I'm not sure. I can tell you that he is super adorable and very loved, even if I can't remember what he started to do.

At Everett's 6 month check-up he weighed in at 19.9 pounds! He is in the "fatty, big kid" percentile (because really I can't remember what the doctor said!)

Everett sits up, LOVES food, mostly likes his big brother, sleeps through the night most of the time, is slightly more clingy than Clain ever was, has the best smile you'll ever see, and has just about figured out how to get up on his knees. (I think I'm in for it when this kid is mobile!)

Nevermind that Ev is wearing an outfit that Clain grew out of just a few months ago!

Everett @ 4 Months

Everett turned four months on the third...I'm a bit late, yes.

James got to have the experience of taking the boys to his four month check up. He weighed 16.25, & and James couldn't remember how tall he was, just knew that he was in the 95%. He is such a HUGE kid!

Everett can roll over really well, LOVES cereal, spits up constantly, and demands to have lots of attention!

                      Love our boys!

Christmas 2014

Christmas break this year was long, a full two weeks, fabulous, and busy!

We went to St. George to an Alvey party, hung out with our families in Aurora and Sigurd a lot, made a trip up North, and my favorite part . . . I got to spend a lot of time with my three favorite boys.

We went to ward Christmas parties in Centerfield and Sigurd . Everett couldn't have cared less about Santa, obviously, and Mclain was concerned about him the first time and ok with him the second time.

James and I were super excited for Clain's Christmas presents, and Clain was super adorable Christmas morning.

Everett even cared about his presents. . . maybe. . . a little bit.

And this is how James and I spent our New Year's Eve, bathing the boys and watching a movie.

really enjoyed spending so much time with those two adorable boys.

2 & 3 Months

Jeez life can be a bit crazy with two kids. I can't believe that Everett is three months already, and at the same time it seems like he has always been a part of our family.

I feel like we've been running like crazy since Halloween...No time to blog, so I'm doing some catch up.

We took some new family pictures.

We blessed baby Everett on October the 12th.

We had so much fun on Halloween this year with the boys. Mclain was a hunter and Everett was a deer. Clain loved every minute of trick-or-treating with his cousins. He was painfully adorable!

Ever-bug turned 2 months old on November 3rd. At his doctor's appointment he weighed 13 pounds 13 ounces and was 25 inches long. He is seriously a fat baby, so much bigger than Mclain was at this age.

He is such a happy baby, which is a blessing!

And Clain loves his little brother...most of the time.

This is the only picture I took on Thanksgiving this year. We wore Clain out that weekend.

And finally, Everett hit three months old on December 3rd.

He is still a happy baby, for the most part.
He is getting fatter by the day, I swear.
He is in size 2 diapers, but has about out grown them.
He wears 3-6 month clothes, but some outfits he can wear 6-9 in.
He wears a lot of clothes at 3 months that Mclain was wearing at 10-11 months!
He still sleeps in bed with James and I; he seriously hates that bassinet.

We're so glad we have our fat Ever-bug!
